I offer psychotherapy to individuals and couples based in Darlington, and working online for UK clients.  I work in an outcome-oriented way, helping you discover and articulate what you want to have happen, and then supporting you in working towards that from where you presently are.  I offer both EMDR and the NLPt Trauma Protocol to assist clients with stuck and troubling reactions now to events from the past.
