Sometimes people think of movement as exercise, as something full on that has to be intense. Not so. We are in motion most of the time. The way you move is a reflection of what is happening inside. Smooth? Spiky? Hurried? Relaxed? Paying attention to the quality of your movement can give insight into your inner state. Changing the quality of your movement can influence your way of being.


Why not attend to the way you move, and experiment with gentle changes that take you in the direction you wish to go?
