Happy New Year of the Ox

Today is Chinese New Year, the start of the Year of the Ox. The Ox represents hard work, positivity and honesty, and can be described as grounded, loyal, gentle and trustworthy. What gorgeous qualities to have, what a great frame for the year to come. I have been enjoying reflecting on how I might embody aspects of the Oc way of being in my life in the coming months, for me grounding and being gentle are certainly important ways of stretching myself to good effect.

Wishing you a very happy new year, I hope it proves to be a year that reflects the qualities of the Ox for us all.
