I was asked last week who I want to be as a Psychotherapist.
My response?
I want to be me. To show up fully and vibrantly. To be absolutely available and present with my clients. I want to invite you into the room in your splendid individuality. I want to welcome all of you, even the dark, murky bits you may not yet like.
Our job together is to bring the your whole self into the room and to heal whatever needs healing. By being me, I hope to help you fully become yourself. I am here to help you shine.
