Take care of yourself this December

It's the time of year when life can feel very busy, with preparations for the festive season.  Not everyone finds this time of year easy, and even if it is something you look forward to, it can be stressful too.

 What will you do to take really good care of our well-being during December?  What did you used to do that you loved that you have stopped doing?  What have you always fancied trying that now would be a good time to get started with?  What simple, nurturing things would make a difference to your day to day well-being?

Take some time to make sure you are treating yourself as equally important as everyone else you love.  After all, if you don't take care of you, you can't be there for them anyway.
